Purchase process:
1. Customer picks a style, material type, hardware options, colors & finishes
2. Call, email or fax with specific dimensions and optional details
3. Our architect will email or fax design CAD or JPG shop drawing for confirmation
4. Upon confirmation, sales representative will confirm all other details regarding the order
5. Sign and fax/email Sale invoice
6. 50% deposit with receipt
7. Upon credit approval, production begins
8. Lead-time (approx. 8-10 weeks)
9. 50% remainder payment at sight of BL with receipt
10.To-door delivery & immediate customer inspection at time of delivery
11.All damages must be notified on the BL for insurance claim
12.Customer fills out post purchase survey
